Zukra, symbol of abundance, labor and holy tables takes its name from the Luwians who lived in Anatolia thousands of years ago. Zukra was born in the heart of Göreme, from the hands of a family that spent years in large tables by sharing not only food but life itself. Here, the fresh pasta kneaded by mothers using traditional methods and the purest ingredients that is gifted us by the earth is served on your plate. There is no rush, no artificiality...
